Called Roy on Thursday and they were here on a Sunday because of my schedule not working out. Said they would be here at 11 and were here on time. Very honest hard working individuals. Explained every step and why along the way. Definitely worth the call and I'll recommend them everytime.

Phenomenal service from a very knowledgeable plumber! We have been struggling with a backed up drain for a few months, and although my husband is no expert, he tried to unclog it himself, which worked in the past, but this time nothing worked and the problem got worse and worse. He finally called Roy one day, and he was over at our house in Lexington within a few minutes and fixed the problem all within the 1 hour lunch break that my husband was on. Roy is a true professional and so experienced. He started working as a plumber at a young age and is really amazing at his job!
