Had to have an old central chimney torn down below the roofline and the roof replaced over that opening. Mark worked with us to schedule it after our new water heater was installed so we didn't need the vent anymore, working also around the lovely early Spring Michigan weather.
Workers were quick and professional and cleaned up after. New roof area matches our old roof and withstood the high winds and thunderstorms the next day.
Rate was very reasonable. Glad to have been able to find a local experienced company that knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Mark, Jimmy and crew were excellent to work with. Mark directed me to a high quantity product, and provided top notch customer service in a timely manner while working around my schedule. Jimmy was knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail during the installation. I highly recommend this local, family operated company and enjoyed working with them.

If you want quality work done by an honest, reliable contractor, then don’t hesitate to call Watertight Roofing. They seem to live by the motto, “Do it right or don’t do it at all.” PRIOR to learning about Watertight, I hired other roofing contractors to install a new roof & gutters, and to fix a leaking, flat roof section. It was like throwing money in the trash, because I was left with more problems than I started with. I’ve hired Watertight Roofing twice to fix problems left behind by other contractors.
