Reu and Mike came to our house to inspect and diagnose the issue. Reu and Mike diagnosed and fixed the problem, including replacing filters. Field charged a reasonable price. We’ve used Field several times for both plumbing and HVAC services, and have always had good experiences. Their techs and office staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
Today we found water in our basement utility area and called Field immediately. Even though they had a packed schedule, they were able to send a plumber quickly. He discovered it was actually a leak from the A/C, so they sent an HVAC tech within an hour to fix the clogged drain line. They all went the extra mile to take care of us today and will have our business going forward.
