Appointment was scheduled for 11 . I was there at 11:01 I called, text and knocked on the door. No answer. I see she had cancelled my appointment on style seat but still no reply to my calls or texts I receive a text message at 1220 today after the appointment : I was here at 11am waiting on you, shortly after I got an emergency call from my kids school, I had to run out to the school. I sent you an email cancellation, but I didnt have time to text. I will return to shop and do have another opening at 3pm, lmk if you are able to make it So this is a lie because I was waiting in my car outside of the facility no one came in or out.
