The guys who helped me 9/8/23 around 4:30pm were so great! They were able to figure out what was wrong with my computer and got it running for me the same day! Very appreciative and would recommend for any tech needs!
My display screen was shorting out and about to fail completely. When I got it in there, they diagnosed it immediately were able to order the part, and got the screen swapped out in 1 day! Was far less expensive than the geek squad and very timely so that I didn’t loose much time with out my PC Laptop! Staff (Hannah and Kirk) were also so friendly, knowledgeable and communication was great! Thank you tech smart!
Katie Kain is the greatest!! My IPhone hacked, I spent two days on Google, etc trying to find solution with no results. My email was also blocked. 72 years old and not very IT savvy, I brought my mess to Katie to navigate through a Webb I simply don’t understand. She was professional, patient and jumped right in. Katie had to contact AOL for their tech support and followed the instruction without missing their beat. Resurrection was difficult with many prompts, and some mistakes on the part of the AOL tech forced her to repeat his steps.
