The owner was absolutely amazing, I have a high end gaming rig, broke at noon on a Sunday, he had it running and back in my possession by 3pm same day, A SUNDAY, forget taking your rigs to some company this man/ owner operator works 12 hour days 9am to 9pm 7 days a week he's an absolute life saver. Forget compete frog or best buy support local small businesses that actually CARE about you and understand your needs.

Took my computer in to get some work done to it, Doug had it done by the next day and works even better than before. Very happy with the work done. Will be back for any future work.
