I had my air ducts cleaned by Chad and Kyle. They were very professional and explained each step of the process. They also took care of my home and did not leave a mess. I highly recommend Excalibur.
On time, polite, professional. Got clean ducts. All expectations met. Was a little disappointed there was no proof of before and after BUT I can now hear the aif moving through my ducts.
WOW is this business the greatest when you have a water problem in your basement!!! I came home one weekend and found a LOT of water in my basement and didn't know what had caused it. I called Excalibur and they were at my house within 20 minutes to see what the problem was and to see what they could do. Chad put on boots, checked my sump pump, and did something to the pump, and it started working right away. He said I had about 1,000 gallons of water in basement. He was able to get things going, took sopping wet carpet and pad out, and then stayed to ensure things were working to get the water out.
