Andre Claypool did an amazing job. We have a disabled veteran and a 6 year old with brain cancer that has seizures and he made sure to take care of all of our problems so we have air again and we will have heat for the winter.

They were quick to respond and had someone out here in no time. James was fantastic and very thorough. He explained how things were working as he went and what to look for and expect in the future. My first impression is this is a reliable and honest company.

Tim was our HVAC Tech he diagnosed our problem right away unfortunately our HOME WARRANTY CO tried to get off cheap Tim cane out 3more times to appease their attempts to get out of a AC REPLACEMENT.Then Todd became involved and Lonnie after many daily phone calls with Todd after hours also we Finally got our AC Replaced like it was diagnosed from the beginning 2 months of phone calls to the Warranty Co Todd and Lonnie got us threw this nightmare even after Warranty company sent wrong equipment after they approved a replacement Todd stepped in again he even stopped by to make sure everything was good.Andre and Tim installed our system properly Professional and Friendly... read full review
