Mike was fast in responding and repairing my central air at a very reasonable cost. He gave us all the options available and did not push the most expensive option like most technicians. In the midst of a summer, our air conditioner unexpectedly died, a day before the holiday weekend, we contacted Mike for help. Despite the short notice. He lent us a portable air conditioner to survive the holiday. We have had him replace the air conditioner, hot water heater, and furnace. Mike's quick response and generosity made a challenging situation bearable. Highly recommended for efficient service and thoughtful customer care.
