Had their sales rep come out and asked him to measure the roof and he said he didn't need too and was rude and disrespectful so I asked him to leave.

Dealing with Tri-county in Lansing, MI were AWFUL to deal with! Most frustrating home improvement company we have dealt with to date! The office person Ben, told us it would just take 2 days to do our siding (knew he was lying) it took 4 months! I understood when told the crew got Covid, but was told we were next for the next 2 months! When a crew a crew did finally show up, they only worked 2-4 hours a day, a couple days a week! It took a lot of complaining and phone calls to FINALLY get a new crew that worked 8 straight days, some days just one guy (Michael was awesome!). They left a HUGE mess around my house…nails in the driveway and on the porch and roof, pieces of metal siding all around my house. Also snapped branches off my hardy hibiscus bushes without my permission, probably killing them! Never communicate with me when they were coming so I could have cars out of the way, always lying that they would be there in the afternoon, next day, never showing up. Would not call back when Ben said he would. The one time we were contacted, he called my husband and not me…very disrespectful. It was soooo stressful! Still waiting for everything to get caulked. I will never recommend this company! Horrible experience!!
