I've been working with Bill Straub and he's very good at watching every move I'm making and giving me just the right comment while I'm doing a stretch or motion, to help correct me - right while I'm in the middle of it. This helps me remember how to do the move properly when I do it at home. That's huge in my mind! My daughter, Jill Rinkel worked at the MAC when Bill was there many years ago, and she is now a certified Yoga Teacher in Northern Ireland. If you want to continue to drive your business to perform at its best, it starts with being the best version of yourself. I’ve witnessed more results over the last month on Rebecca’s fitness program than I have over the last year trying to do my own thing at the gym. It’s worth every dollar. My energy level and mental clarity has gone up and as a result I’m able to be a better version of myself to my family and clients. Coincidence or not February was our best month, career to date.
I have known Rebecca Klinger for over 25 years when she was a trainer at the Michigan Athletic Club. She was, one of three, that everyone wanted. I again got acquainted with Rebecca at The Trainer's Studio where she is My Movement Coach, 7 years ago, Years ago, I directed an AAU Girl's Basketball club. Each year we would lose players to ACL injuries. The injuries could have been prevent by Rebecca teaching proper body movements and, especially, the proper way to go up and come down with a rebound. Not only to the sport of basketball, but all sports. Our children must be taught proper movements to preclude injuries. Rebecca is the one that has the skills to prevent a lot of grief for our sports minded kids. She is truly a pioneer on helping our youth.
