Dr Luc Joncas was very thorough, especially with the antiquated equipment he has to work with. You'd think SVS could afford better with the profit margins they make. The staff was very kind and helpful, there was no wait time for my appointment, they operate very efficiently.
First time to this practice. My mom was in a wheelchair and not able to get in the exam chair. Dr Joncas was amazing, he just moved equipment around so she could stay in her wheelchair for the exam. She's 88 and has Dementia. He was so patient with her. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful.The ladies brought glasses to us, in the price range for my mom's insurance.They made the experience very pleasant and their kindest greatly appreciated.
It was a great experience, everybody was very professional and polite.And Faith was very helpful and patient and helpful in picking out the numerous frames I was trying to decide on. I'll definitely recommend going there to get your exam and your glasses. I ended up getting three pair's because of the 50% off sale.
