I had my first lash extension experience at this salon and everything went awful. I have corneal abrasions and chemical burns to both eyes. And my lashes looked awful. I have never had them done before so I was not sure what to expect. It felt like the undereye tape was hitting my eye and scratching it so I did tell her right away that it was hurting. But she did not readjust the tape or seem concerned so I thought maybe that was normal discomfort to be expected. My eyes were constantly tearing so I thought maybe I was sensitive to the light she had above me. It felt like I was staring at the sun the entire 2 hours. She kept asking if my eyes were burning and at that time they were not but just very uncomfortable which I told her. As the 2 hours went on my eyes hurt worse and I was clearly tearing the whole time. I should have spoken up more but I thought this may be normal discomfort. I had no idea it was not supposed to hurt at all and I was already half way thru. But I feel as though she should have stopped and figured out what we could do to improve my experience and she did not. Fast forward two hours later and my eyes are extremely bloodshot after and I could barely open them, which she didn't seem concerned about at all. My eyes began to be severely painful the rest of the night and morning. I woke up in extreme pain and sobbing, went to the Dr and he confirmed with staining that I had perfect half moon abrasions to both eyes from the tape and chemical burns to both eyes! I'm addition they were extremely droopy and curled and looked awful. I had shown a photo of both my own lashes and a photo of theirs for reference and these looked nothing like them. I did politely mention this before leaving and she just suggested I tell them less fans next time. She also told me she doesn't like the new fans they're using. Then why use them on me? I am leaving the techs name off out of respect because she was very sweet and mentally made me feel comfortable and relaxed during a torturous 2 hours. However I am clearly dissapointed with the salon for not making things right. Most importantly, I reached out right away to let them know that night everything going on and sent them photos and my Dr care plan. They have offered zero resolution or remorse. They responded with "please see attached agreement you signed". A professional should have offered a refund and an apology. I am astounded by the lack of concern they have and will clearly not be returning. Instead I had to additionally pay for a Dr visit, medication and lash removal elsewhere. And deal with constant eye pain. After this they eventually agreed to a refund but I had to come back in person and they werr giving me specific days and a 30 min time frame I could come in to get it which was extremely inconvenient. I did go one of the days, squeezed it into my schedule to fit their 30 min window they game me, the doorbell rang and I could hear them laughing in the back while I waited for 5 minutes with noone acknowledging me and I had to leave for other plans. They have since given me other days and times but all do not work with my work schedule. At this point I don't care about getting my money back but others should be aware. They have refused to tell me exactly what products and ingredients were used on my face other than "check out website for products". Ok which ones? They refused to even offer an apology. And even if I didn't get abrasions and chemical burns, the lashes were hideous.

First Experience: I came in for a simple eye brow wax. I called in to see if anyone was available for a last minute appointment and they said yes. I got there and didn't realize they offered more than one wax option, as I had wanted to be sugared. The girl at the desk, Robbie, when I got there stated she was the only one there that day that did sugaring and since she was not feeling well due to being pregnant she was leaving. She goes on to state that she would recommend soft wax over sugaring for eye brows anyways bc it's more precise. I ended up getting my eyebrows done by someone who I don't know their name but I left with a burn under my eyebrow. Second Experience: I decided to come back bc it's so hard to find a place that sugars in the area and decided I would just ensure that I wasn't seen by the same person. I scheduled a SUGARING service online and arrived to my appointment, was taken back to the waxing room, and when she started I knew she had used soft wax. I asked if it was sugar, even though I knew it wasn't, as I was confused what she was doing and she went on to say no and I asked if it was also something she would recommend doing soft wax w over sugaring and she said it's the same just has to do w pain tolerance. At that point, I just let it be bc she had already started and I wasn't about to have two different waxes used. Upon leaving, I'm charged more than I expect. I still tip. I check the prices online and the soft wax service is more expensive than the sugaring service. As the next day or two goes on I'm seeing hair left on my arms in huge strips, chunks of areas, and completely missed areas all together. I email asking to get it fixed. They tried to book me w the same employee and I declined stating I wanted someone that actually does a good job. This was continuously ignored and a text message was sent from the owner stating that they spoke w the service provider and pulled cameras, saying "we *see* that robbie spoke with you about the difference between sugaring and soft wax and you never mentioned that you preferred sugaring." The explanation of the difference in waxes took place inside the wax room. I also never should have had to state I prefer sugaring when I scheduled a sugaring service specifically online to avoid any confusion to begin w. A refund was also requested for the service entirely instead since they ignored the request for someone else to fix it, and that was never received. I'm only giving the honest feedback on the experiences I had at this facility. I've left w burns and terrible wax jobs, and never even got the sugaring services I specifically came here for. Literally the only reason I ever came here. I did make reports and law enforcement never found any cameras inside their wax rooms, but they also took five months to do any checks after my complaint was made so I'll let the screenshots of the conversation speak for themself.
