A/C was not working at my daughter's house. I was driving in from Saginaw to be there when the service man arrived. He scheduled to come out the next day after I called. I was given an exact time of arrival. On the way to Lansing, I received a call from the owner and he said the service man was behind schedule and would be arriving 45 minutes late. He arrived at the new time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and unfortunately did not have the replacement in his vehicle. He offered to be back the next day at an agreed upon time. The next day, he again arrived on time and the unit was fixed.

I have called Ryan Co. for my ac,heat and electrical needs since 1993. their service was always prompt, professional and reasonably priced. The workers were friendly, and competent.
