So far it's been great, got right in at appointment time. Lady was very friendly and the doctor lady was very nice and very knowledgeable the next lady that helped me find frames very kind and helpful!!! So now I wait to pick them up I don't see there being any problems then these guys got thos down shop runs like a well oiled machine thanks rx staff

The comments about them being rude and slow are true, did not call to tell me they didn’t have wifi and waited 30+ minutes with an appointment. Location is convenient though. If you want high quality eye care, go elsewhere. If you’re comfortable with mid-low quality, this is the place to go.

Wonderful service! Went today as a first time customer and the staff was so kind! Dr Coady was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and after my exam I worked with JJ to find the right frames and keep me under budget (which he knocked out of the park!) I've never had someone find me EXACTLY what I wanted in frames so quickly! Excited to have found my new regular optometrist location! :)
