Steve was great, very knowledgeable and professional. I had a couple jobs done and Steve got right on it, Chris came to help too. Little pricey but they went above and beyond. Thanks Roto-Rooter, highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with rotor rooter plumbing not only were they professional and fast but also Ethan was very knowledgeable he helped me more than I could have ever hoped for, and even when I didn't have enough money for all of the service I needed, he still gave me all the best advice he could and help and for that I'm very grateful thank you so very much Ethan! I will definitely be calling them again ?
Joe was excellent and solved the issue. I had a mass of tree roots getting into the city's lead to my sewer and inspected it with a camera. The work quality and professionalism were great.
But, With the benefit of having more time, I would not have paid the over $1500 that it cost me. Following general industry pricing, a service call ($150), 2.5 hours labor at $150/h, and a flat-rate camera inspection at $250 brings the total to more like $800. Even assuming a minimum 1/2 day labor, that's still about $1000.
