I only write reviews when I’m really impressed with a business so I have to say if you plan on tanning, I highly recommend Pacific Tan on the westside of Lansing. Always professional and friendly but there’s one person who stands out and that’s Megan at the front desk. She is just a joy and provides wonderful customer service! I feel welcomed, she knows the products and services well and overall just makes me smile when i enter. It’s refreshing and quite rare in today’s rushed environment. Thanks!Service: Tanning

absolutely LOVE Pacific Tan at Brookside!! the salon is super super clean and the staff are AMAZING!! they make you feel welcome and boost your ego every time!! I only wish they had more spa "accessories" like the other locations!! I will NOT go to Cedar Street - that location is cramped - the staff is never at the counter when you come in - they are always in the back - and as soon as you check in - they are gone again! the staff is not as friendly and helpful as Brookside!! how about giving Brookside a chance owner and give them the P9 and a lash consultant and the aqua bed?? I'm telling you .... Brookside is the BEST!! Give them a chance - they shine like a new penny!!
