The doctors here are wonderful. However, the front desk staff and a couple of the nurses are very rude, cold, and clearly unhappy to be there. For the sake of the children.. PLEASE hire happy, warm, and polite people!!

Been coming here for years. We love Dr Boote. However the admin staff at this office is atrocious.The receptionist Kim is a problem. She asked me if I knew how to spell 'Kim' I made a complaint to the office manager Megan and was discharged from the practice. She told me Kim has worked there for 15 years and no one has ever complained.Megan was argumentative and spoke over me every time I talked to her.The nursing staff sent the wrong prescription after my child was hospitalized and when I called back to speak to a nurse, Kim told me they were too short staffed for me to speak to anyone.I requested my children's records to find another provider and was told they don't...read full review

Changing doctors for your children is always a nerve wracking experience- but no need to worry if you go see Dr. Christine Sims D.O. at MSU Peds West Side!! I was so impressed with the entire staff - friendly, professional and caring!! Thank you for making my daughter's first visit such a welcoming and thorough examination. While I hope I don't need to see you very often- I know she'll get the best care when we do!!
