I experienced a situation beyond my control that came after the death of my husband. I had a professional referral to reach out to Lothamer. My experience was good. Yes, fees are high - but I was made aware upfront what they would or could do to the best of their ability and not always would it be a successful outcome for clients. The team I had were respectful, kind, and patient with all questions that I had. The IRS is tricky and in the midst of client reviews and processes...make up new rules any time and it can't be blamed on Lothamer. I give them hands up!
I should start out by letting you know this is going to be a longer review than normal for me.
In 2005 my executive assistant found a mistake we had made in our taxes. I had no idea what to do at the time. We suddenly realized that our company owed more taxes than we’ve been paying.
