Sam listened to my thoughts and concerns, investigated, then provided a verbal description of what he found, showed pictures, and gave me an idea on how remediation may best be served. I listened to a non-direct remediation and a no-remediation impact.

I recommend this business without reservation. Sam came to check out a problem in the master bathroom, and he said I could resolve it on my own with a much less expensive method. I appreciate his honesty.

Sam Brinks of J&L Restoration came today to assess the leak in the ceiling of our dining room. He was careful, did his assessment and suggested that the stain is currently dry. This in spite of showering, toileting and heavy rainfall. He suggested a way for us to ascertain if there is still an active leak above this ceiling. After we take those measures, if a leak still showed itself, he would return and do a more invasive and costly examination to find the leak. This enabled us to move forward to address our problem without taking expensive measures before testing to see if they were necessary.
