Friendly, fast service, got in instantly while most other nail shops were booked. Did a great job with my nails, they looked great, massage was great, massage chairs worked great, only thing i will say is the technique the nail tech used to take off gel polish really hurt my toenails, i had to ask her to stop twice.

I had a set of acrylics done. I really loved them and the lady was so nice. Broke a nail the day after. Wasn't too worried because I do work a rough job. I went for a fill 2 weeks later. My appt was on Thursday by Saturday all my tips had snapped off and I wasnt at work this time. :( I wont be going back. I paid too much money to have nothing to show for it now. I was really disappointed but the awesome customer service made it not so bad. I understand things happen and product is faulty sometimes but I won't spend money here again.

They were extremely friendly. Even though it was late they still allowed me to receive service. Hien was very nice!! She did not rush on my feet & she made sure all temperatures were comfortable for me!!
