Crowne Plaza Lansing is a great hotel with wonderful staff. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant and bar are both fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. One guest family had a medical emergency and the staff quickly responded, providing care and contacting paramedics to ensure the family member received timely medical attention.
