Nasim is amazing. I've been going to her for about ten years now, and she never fails me! The salon (lux or cleopatra) are always clean and the ladies are always so professional! She couldn't do my brows one time and sent me to a co worker and she did good as well!

Had the best experience they do a wonderful job if you don't like the work you get done go to the manager shes the sweetest person and she will definately fix any problem you have

Never having my eyebrows threaded before, I finally gave it a try. It hurt ... a lot. The employee was very nice and did her best to instruct me on how tense my eyes to be more comfortable. I was offended when she ask if I wanted to thread corners of my upper lip too, but, ya know, beauty salons. Anyway, I had forgotten my money and the employee was super kind about my leaving the scene to get moolah. Sometime later, my poor eyebrows got bumpy and I had tiny pimples clustered above my eyes. Again, having never done threading before, I didn't know what to expect and it was unpleasant. Threading is not for me! The employee went above and beyond (besides the small insult) to accommodate me, though, and I appreciate the gesture ... but not the experience!
