Brightstar did a great job helping us on short notice and were very professional and courteous.

Quality of care is actually 5 stars, however I preferred regular contact from front-line staff, or a supervisor of front-line staff, about how my loved one was doing. This is important so I could answer any questions they had and give guidance when needed. There was much flexibility in their care, which we liked. Thank you.
