Had an issue with a used hot tub we purchased. Talked to Darren (sp?) who was amazing on the phone. He walked us through an issue we were having right on the phone. He spoke to Don (hot tub pro?) :) who gave some great advice. Great service even without them rolling out to our place and charging us. Will call them next time I need someone to roll their wheels to our place for a repair.

Don gave me a lot of detailed instructions over the phone about how to solve my hot tub issue by myself. In the end, it was a simple issue exactly as how Don described it might be, and I am glad I tried his suggestion and saved some money by not having them come out. Kudos for genuinely trying to help and not preying on less knowledgeable customers.

Our microwave broke and you never realize how much you use it until it’s gone - future country western song - but Babcock got it fixed and fought for warranty coverage - which we didn’t get but that’s another song. Helpful, efficient and reasonably priced. A happy customer.
