Caleb came to my house did a great job looking at all of my concerns wrote me up a great estimate and shared all the information with me. I really appreciate Ayers sending somebody out, such a personal touch and attention to detail.

As Ayer’s’ representative, Bobby conducted an inspection of our basement and offered his persas someone who did foundation work for many years. I appreciated the fact that he tried to help me understand the situation and draw my own conclusions about what should be the next step, rather than try to tell me what to do. He was patient and courteous.

Gregory showed up on time and was very professional. He pointed out the issues, took measurements, recreated my floor plan in a 2D graphing program and described how he could fix the issues while mapping out the solution in front of me. I was also presented with a visual recreation of the solutions he described while he explained, in great detail, how they work. Was pleased with my initial impression. I’ll check back in after the work is done, about 3 months from now.
Update 8/21/24: Forgot to update this after the job was finished, it's been absolutely perfect. I've had zero issues with water in my basement and the solution worked as advertised.... read full review
