“Had an issue with a used hot tub we purchased. Talked to Darren (sp?) who was amazing on the phone. He walked us through an issue we were having right on the phone. He spoke to Don (hot tub pro?) :) who gave some great advice. Great service even without them rolling out to our place and charging us. Will call them next time I need someone to roll their wheels to our place for a repair.“
