Ton was extremely professional and knowledgeable! I could immediately tell he has been doing this for a long time, without feeling like I was being taken advantage of me. He walked me through what the problem was and all the possible ways to fix said problem. We ended up doing a mainline auger and he recommended strategies on how to keep my drain line clear! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
