Two weeks ago I had an emergency with my laptop's wifi - I called, immediately talked to a tech and brought it to their office and it had fixed quickly! Life saver. Excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend!

Michael kept in touch with me until our toner cartridges arrived. With supply chain issues being what they are right now, this was appreciated. His attention helped prevent an emergency shut down of our copier/printer during our busiest time of year. Much appreciated!!
