“The great thing about In touch is that because my doctor wrote me a prescription for a massage (due to work related stress/muscle spasms), they are able to give me a receipt for my FSA reimbursement. I used to have knots in my shoulders and back as well as tension headaches, but the massages have really helped to relieve the pain. I've gotten massages here from both Sally and Dawn. They each have their own style- I feel like Dawn is a bit more comprehensive and Sally is more localized. (ie if your problem is in your back, Sally focuses on that area whereas Dawn focuses on the entire body.) Both are very good and relaxing. Note: Dawn is only available in Toledo on Thursdays. Also, they don't take credit card so bring your check book.“

“"No Frown Lines, No Horror Stories--Leslie is the GOAT!" I'll be honest: I have injector trust issues. Like full-on Botox PTSD. Between being called a manchild at a med spa in Chicago, being so over-injected I looked like an a wax figurine at Madame Tussauds , and one charming injector who basically stubbed out their cigarette before coming at me with a needle (washing hands apparently optional), let's just say I was skeptical. Enter Nurse Leslie at Bella Via Med Spa. From my first appointment she immediately put me at ease, which is saying something since I'm usually gripping the chair like I'm on a rollercoaster. She doesn't try to upsell me after I mention I'm literally only comfortable with the bare minimum. No pressure to get a whole menu of treatments I don't want, and actually listens. She wipes me down with alcohol swabs to satisfy my inner germaphobe before administering my favorite poison (Botox, not actual poison, though let's be real, it kind of is). She's precise without being in a rush, presses on the injection sites to reduce any instant sting, and hasn't hit a nerve (figuratively or literally) once. Best of all? A couple weeks later, my forehead is smoother than a baby's bottom, without that frozen "NPC in a video game" look. If you're in Toledo and want to keep your facial expressions (but not your frown lines) in check, Leslie is the best.“
