Exceptional cleaning, but what blew me away the most was their customer service. Extremely polite, addressed my concern, and did an outstanding job making sure all my needs were met with pure professionalism. Highly recommends this car wash.

Car wash was great as usual but the vacuums were not working. Didn’t see a sign so had to go through and test them all. Probably would have done a lower quality wash somewhere else today with working vacuums, vacuuming was what I really needed.

I just had the most fantastic experience at Tommy's Express Car Wash and absolutely had to leave a review! From the moment I pulled in, everything was exceptional.
First, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Willie. He was incredibly helpful, patiently guiding me through the different wash options and answering all my questions. Thanks to Willie's explanation, I felt confident choosing the perfect wash for my car.
Then, the wash itself was amazing! My car went from road-trip dirty to showroom shiny. They even got into all the nooks and crannies that I always miss when washing my car myself.
