Katy’s knowledge of the human anatomy coupled with her extensive personal and professional training sets her apart! I have a few “ Father Time” injuries and issues, she is able to adjust when needed. The workouts will always be challenging! Highly recommend!

Congratulations to MI Fit Lab and Katie for receiving the best personal training award. She is a genuinely great person and an outstanding personal trainer. I was a physical mess when I found Katie and she has shown me the way to successful eating and subsequent weight loss. She has guided me to a more active lifestyle and provided an atmosphere of positive motivation. On top of all that she has years of experience and knowledge to lead me through personalized workouts in her well stocked gym. I highly recommend Katie and MI Fit Lab to anyone that wants to better themselves both physically and mentally and not be afraid to put the work in. You will be thankful you did!

Finally back on track thanks to Katie!Hadn't worked out since the pandemic and was having a lot of knee pain even just walking. Katie's professional insight is helping me move forward, find stability, lose weight, and gain confidence. I can do stairs and exercise with no knee pain. She is teaching me to work at a safe pace, tailored to my needs and it is interesting and different every workout. Love it!
