Cort Carpet Services (Cort-himself) the owner did an EXCELLENT JOB!! He was personable, professional, and extremely thorough while cleaning the carpets in our home. A squishy ball broke open in our son's room and when Cort came in, he was open and honest about the stain and stated that it might not come out. He went to work with the pre-treating spray and to all our surprise he was able to remove the stain... All the carpeting looks terrific and when the job was finished, Cort stated that if for some reason our satisfaction changes to contact them for a follow-up at no charge.This is exactly why we chose Cort and would recommend their services.
