Great companyContracted with Builders Custom Flooring to replace my bathroom floor. Due to medical issues I had to reschedule my start date 3 times and I paused the work when I was deciding what to do with an unexpected issue. Samantha was very considerate and willing to work with me on scheduling.Tim the installer did great work. He had to remove the old tile, pulled up some linoleum that was under the old tiles and removed a section of thin plywood on top of the subfloor. He cut and laid the new cement board, applied mud, cut and laid floor & base tiles and applied grout. The result was a great looking floor!I would use Builders Custom Flooring again and recommend them.

Had a great experience with them from quoting to install of COREtex Pro Plus in basement and install of tile in wine cellar.

They will always be installing new hardwood flooring on main level.

The store had what we were looking for. We wanted to match our existing wood floor as closely as possible. Since our existing flor was finished on site they explained that any pre finished product would not match the existing floor. We went with a red oak finished on site. We were fortunate that we had a sample of the finish used on the existing floor.

The installers were great. They answered any questions I had and even took the molding home to finish so they could finish the job. They also went over the floor on their hands and knees to check the quality of the finish. They didn't like the finish after the second coat so they re-sanded and added a third coat...read full review
