Our floors needed a lot of work. We had installed some new wood, some of the floor was water stained and some was just plain worn down. Tom came in told us what would happen and provided reasonable pricing. Voc smell was minimal and the floor came out looking very nice and 2.5 days was all it took. Would suggest Mr Sandless to anyone needing their wood floor rejuvenated.
