“Yesterday, Alex, Colin, and Chris installed my new gutters, including the gutter helmet system. Not only are the gutters gorgeous -- I chose a copper toned color that blends nicely with my log siding -- they also feed into drains on either side of the house (trenched and covered by the crew), with popup emitters that are pretty much invisible until they are in use. At the end of the day, all was cleaned up and perfect! I couldn't be happier!“

“We started our process with Eastwood in July of 2023. The team was exceptional from day 1! They took the time to answer our questions as we navigated the paperwork and process of being first-time home buyers. Most importantly, they helped us make educated decisions to stay within our budget. Their selection center made it easy for us to make decisions, and they were transparent about what products would be an upgrade and how those would affect our overall payment in the end. By the end of August, they had broken ground on the property we already owned. I think we ended up meeting all of the trades, and each was professional and courteous. We were also impressed on how clean the jobsite was kept each time we visited. We had minor hiccups along the way, those that are typical with a new build, what was important is how the Eastwood team responded to those, Julie, Rich and Scott were all prompt to come up with an immediate solution! Eastwood finished our home the first week of January, and we continue to fall in love with our home each day. It has been 6 months, and we haven't had to make a single warranty claim either.
