Recently dealt with Project Manager Jim Hanna. He lacks professionalism and has a terrible attitude. He tries to bully those whom he's supposed to be offering the company's services to. He's a outright liar and I have the evidence to sustain my claims. The fact that this company knows if this man's reputation and supports his mistreatment of their customers. I will never recommend them for anything to anyone!Services: Flood restoration

This 2nd page is where you'll find their real "contract". My advice, do not believe a word the field rep tells you and ask for that 2nd page.
