Dr Bauer is exceptional! She took the time to explain the changes in my prescription and how it could impact my vision long term. She was diligent, quick and listened to my concerns that other doctors had dismissed. I have never left an optometrist office feeling more secure and knowledgeable about the care I received. Dr. Bauer did a great job in fitting me with the right prescription for my hard contacts. She's very knowledgeable and kind. I never felt rushed as she took the time to answer my questions and explain the process. The office is modern and easy to get to and i didn't wait! Definitely worth the hour drive to Grand Rapids. I wish I met her years ago!
