“I was given Almir's (the owner's) contact from my brother who contracted work for his home furnace last year. He had a great experience working with him. My hot water heater saw it's last day, last week. Before contacting Royal Comfort Mechanical, I had another company out to provide a quote. Using my desperation for the need of hot water against me, this other company gave a highly inflated cost to install a new heater. Almir took the professional route and presented a fair cost quote to have the work done. His company dropped off a new water heater on Friday. I had to wait through the weekend for the installation, but when Monday morning came, 4 mechanical experts showed up and quickly installed the new unit. They were courteous, professional, quick, and conscientious. Their communication is very good. So if you have a heating, cooling, or plumbing issue, I highly recommend this company. I know who I'll be calling for my next repair. It's good to have a company you can trust these days.“

“We came home and found our heat was out at 3:30 pm. I called A&E. They were on site by 5:00. They made a quick repair but told me that it would fail again within a couple of months or maybe tomorrow and that the furnace needed to be replaced. It was 18 years old so wasn't shocked. Heat went out again that night. A&E showed up at 7:30 am and installed new furnace. Way beyond what I expected. Great communication and great service.“

“Thank You Redmon for such great service!! I called at 8am on Thursday morning that my A/C was not working. Later that morning someone came out to see what needed to be done to replace my 41 year old unit. I was given a quote by that same afternoon which was a very fair price. By 7:30 on Friday, they had a crew out installing a new unit. I'm big on supporting local when you can and this is the very reason I do. Redmon cares about their customers and they care about leaving your house the way it was when they leave. The 2 gentlemen that came to install were very kind and used floor runners to cover my carpet so they didn't track any dirt in from the outside.
