Top notch customer service!! The response times I got from replies to emails were better than I ever could have expected. There were a couple of times I needed to change the service date, and they were very understanding. I even requested an addition to the service kind of last minute, and they were accommodating. The guys who came out to my house were very polite and respectful. I will be using Grand Bay Electric if future projects come up.

On time, professional, cost effective, knowledgeable, and honest. After troubleshooting the electrical issues and quotes from 3 other companies, Grand Bay's repair assessment and repair cost was the most reasonable. Very good company.
