Les called back right away and got me scheduled for the next day. He asked lots of questions when he showed up and quickly estimated the problem was at the end of the line. Les decided to do a reverse clean and found the issue just a couple of feet in. That right there is why you hire a professional - EXPERIENCE. I would have started at the toilet and spent all day trying to snake that out…and still needed to call someone (and probably broke something in the process).
Les was in and out quickly and helped to clean up some of the mess in the utility room caused by the backup. Fast, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fast reply, efficient service, great price. Les is the best. Will only call him for plumbing issues from now on. Our sump discharge line was puddling (overflowing right near foundation). Les was quick to come out, scope it with a camera and noticed tree and grass roots stuck in there. Pulled out his chain extractor tool which grabbed the blockage and all is good as new. Line flowing well. $275 well worth it to not have water pooling right at our foundation anymore. 6 month guarantee on his work to boot! Thank you Les!
