Dr Bauer is exceptional! She took the time to explain the changes in my prescription and how it could impact my vision long term. She was diligent, quick and listened to my concerns that other doctors had dismissed. I have never left an optometrist office feeling more secure and knowledgeable about the care I received. I can't speak more highly of the experience I had here. If you are looking for contact lenses/glasses you won't be disappointed going here. Dr Bauer is the best!!!

Randy and his crew installed a front entry door for us and did an amazing job!During the scheduling process Randy responded the same day when I had questions as to times and days that worked us. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in complete detail.Once the job was completed Randy stopped over to inspect the work done.I will definitely use Randy and his crew for future projects that we don’t want to take on ourselves and refer him to friends and family.Thanks Randy, Tyler and Eric :)

My wife and I contracted Green Shield Deck Builders for a new deck, and we were extremely excited about the project. From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The workmanship was top-notch, and we were confident it was going to be a beautiful addition to our home. Unfortunately, due to a job change and the decision to sell our home, we had to cancel the project before it began. Throughout the entire cancellation process, Jacob was incredibly helpful and patient. He made what could have been a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We are truly sad that we weren't able to see the project through to completion, but we have nothing but praise for Jacob and the entire Green Shield team. I have known Halie for 10+ years and she has been doing my hair for around 5 yrs. Yesterday I went to get a cut and foils and I brought my son with me. He is 5 and autistic and is usually very well behaved. But sometimes public spaces can be a little overwhelming for him. The few times when he did not wish to follow us around the salon (to wash my hair for instance) the other stylists and Halie kept an eye on him while he sat in a small chair I brought for him right by the station we were at. All of the stylists were so kind, smiled, and interacted with my son and I. It felt SO NICE to feel included and welcomed. Love Dollhouse and especially love my girl Halie!
This place is so so confusing. I’m from out of town here visiting here for the holidays and I drove here five times because Apple Maps told me to go here because it was a barbershop location and then I went to Google maps and it kept taking me back here and it was abandoned building in the middle of the dark and I was so frustrated so then I ended up taking Apple Maps to a completely different location which was 15 minutes away and then when I got there they said oh this is not location he had appointment at and were full so then I had to leave that one which was in Kentwood I believe, and went to the one that was in Grand Rapids and then had to pay $40 or whatever plus tip which I was OK with that because the lady took care of me but they really really needed to take this location down and market as an office not as an actual shop because it’s very frustrating

Made a last minute appointment with Jackie and came in with a mess of untamed hair. She made sure that I left feeling confident and cleaned up for my upcoming trip. Not only did the haircut feel personalized, but I learned a couple things on how to maintain and style my hair going forward! Far exceeded my expectations for a 30 minute haircut, will be returning again soon.

I picked Shani's Beauty because she had 5 stars, and I'm glad I did! I had my brows microshaded, and I LOVE THEM. Dericee, the artist who did them, was very kind, clear about the process at every step, and took her time so I felt totally comfortable with the way everything looked and worked before doing the actual brows. They look outstanding and I don't regret taking the leap at all.

Dr Schafer is a miracle worker. As a bigger guy, I’ve always struggled to find a chiropractor who could adjust me using high velocity technique. He is simply amazing!!!!

Thankful for how kind everyone is. We have a dog who is very timid in public and they make sure to get him in as soon as they open and do his appointments in the lobby for low anxiety. Always send out text reminders. Always have emailed receipts and call for reminders. Amazing care !! Always clean and a place to trust with your furry friends !

Doja had a poor response to her previous vaccines. This was documented in our post-visit call. I loved this was reviewed before her appointment, and as a result, was pre-treated for nausea. She did fantastic this round!
