Other staff 4 stars lady at front desk. 0. Been with them for 15 months have dbl coverage. Kept getting bills with out insurance of wife not being applied asked what was going on said was waiting for a call back from insurance company. More bills come in same story. Finally got a bill nocked down after bringing it up again just a few bucks less another bill comes in. Other insurance not applied taking it to he attention when I was in for a bad tooth told me she called them. Called insurance today. On bill they had no record of her calling. Or samiting any bills. For last 15 months come to find out they don't work with that insurance group. The lady lied to my face 5 or 6 times in 15 months if she would have said that in the beginning they would still have 2 more costumer's had no problems with Dr Watkins did a good job for us

I had a poor experience with dental work in the past so I was a little weary of going. I took a chance and was so glad I did. Dr. Watkins and his assistant were so friendly, knew what they were doing and made my whole experience comfortable. They were very patient with me as we needed to re-do the clay molding for my crown multiple times as I kept messing it up. I definitely recommend this office.
