I wanted to share my recent experience at Northwoods Auto Repair (M72 & 66) and how they ENDANGERED my wife's life. We took my wife's care in to have a winter tire switchover done. They were great at first, able to take us short notice and very friendly. After waiting patiently while Blippi aired on the TV and their child sprayed water at my wife her tires were done for an hourly rate, not a fixed price, and that should have been the first warning. We were handed the keys and told the car was good to go. As soon as we pulled out of the parking lot I heard a clunk and by the time we were up to speed (on M72 mind you!) the whole car was shaking.
