We were very pleased with Mr. Rooter as the appointment process was quick and they sent out a technician, Caden, within a few hours. He fully resolved our problem and explained what he did. This is our second favorable experience with Mr. Rooter.
Nate was fantastic and went above and beyond the call even clearing the drain in my bathtub. One thing we asked to be done was not however and that was pictures of the pipe where it connected to the tank. Other than that could not have asked for better service
I thought the technician/plumber was very professional and very knowledgeable
As far as pricing, I really don’t have anything to compare it with., but they made sure I knew what it would cost before the work started. Caleb (the tech) was very personable
