John and the crew came out after having all materials staged the day previous, and had my roof on in one day! My property was clean and nails were picked up, they even spray painted all the metal to match, it just looks great! Thank you John for your genuine charater.
I had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the results. My project coordinator, Shawn was outstanding and the install team very professional. The job was done quickly and the site cleaned up perfectly. Two weeks after the roof was done a storm ripped through our neighborhood and a tree fell on our garage roof causing some major damage. One call to West Michigan Roofing and our worries were over. The roof was repaired and re-roofed. Excellent work! I will recommend them to my neighbors.

We had a roof install in 2021. For a few years after we've been having issues cooling our home due to our attic space. I contacted the company to try to determine how my roof is getting airflow.
I had some trouble getting a response from the company after they came out and took a look at the roof to determine how the roof is doing in terms of allowing for airflow through our attic space. After putting this review up, I was able to get a response to my concerns that was satisfactory.
I never questioned the workmanship, as the roof/gutters look fantastic. I just had a tough time getting a response after a few years post-installation....read full review
