First thing, experience

I emailed in the morning asking if there was anyway for the Heirloom staff to accommodate a very last minute tattoo request and Mae spent and hour emailing me back and forth to organize a time with one of their artist, they were patient and helpful despite the really short time we had and was able to schedule me time with Lacey

Lacey was absolutely amazing! She was attentive and worked with me on a design within my budget as well as time constraints. She also took the time to explain needle expiration, as someone with plenty of tattoos this was new and provided education I didn't have previously

I had to take an important phonecall mid appointment and Kacey was incredibly gracious, over all great conversation and bed side manner

For the work...

I'm in love!!! It's exactly what I asked for with clean line work and vibrant colors

Over all so excited for it

Additional tidbit for those concerned:

This store is LGBTIA+ friendly and do work in their local community supporting marginalized folks. I like to know my money is going back into the community and providing assistance to those in need so it was an added bonus with how this shop operates within its own community

Generally one of the best experience I have had and I am beyond grateful to Mae and Lacey for working with me!
