The professionalism of everyone from staff to the installation crew have made us feel totally confident that they were all looking after our best interests. They have all been thoughtful, respectful, professional and knowledgeable of the processes and skilled trades.
My wife and I have worked in the building business for over 35 years, and the standards that Vanbecks holds to are at the very top of a first class business. Their installation crew was always there on time and worked together so well it was a enjoy to have them here. Everyone knew what they were doing and spent very little time talking about it. They came early, worked almost none stop, except for brief lunch breaks, and magically had the job done in less time than I would have ever expected. I wish our original roof had been installed with such care and skill as this crew has done. When finished, everything was picked up and cleaned up very well and the final walk through showed there was nothing left to do except sit back and enjoy life under out new roof.
