“When you walk into Bliss it is a warm environment. Everyone is welcoming and is kind. I brought my 4 year old with me one time, which is not ideal because she’s 4 and gets bored, but everyone so sweet and kind to her. They were including her in what they were doing and making feel like she was a big deal, which she loved! Emily always has me walking out of the salon feeling great about the way I look! I go trusting that what I have in mind will happen and I am always happy with the outcome! It turns out better than I imagined but also if I am wanting something that may not work with my hair, Emily is always honest and lets me know before she does anything. When it comes to chiropractors I am a skeptic, too many make unfounded promises and try to sell you on expensive packages, this is NOT Dr. Prater. Dr. Prater takes an evidence-based approach and not only provided excellent care during my visit, but also equipped me with the tools and knowledge to continue my rehab at home. It may be another few years before I return, but I will always be returning to Dr. Prater's practice when necessary!“

I initially went to get a massage to relax after some stressful work, but that has now turned into a monthly appointment with Ian helping me regain my range of motion in my shoulders after a weight-lifting injury. My wife and I are so impressed with amount of range of motion I have gained since Ian started working on them. Personally Ian is wonderful, friendly, professional, asks questions to better understand what is needed. As for the business it is very relaxing walking in, very quiet, and most importantly, very clean and professional. “Amazing hot Yoga Studio! starting with the staff: the instructions are great (Heidi and Amanda) are some of the best yoga instructors in the valley with fun and upbeat classes. The studio is very hot (the way I prefer it), the lay out of the room is great with sufficient space so it never feels crowded. Also the locker rooms are very nice and always clean. I am glad they offer a 6pm evening classes and 4pm weekend classes too. I am thankful for the studio and cant wait to practice again“
