How long should one sit in an exam room? 20 minutes. That’s too long. No one came to say Dr was running late or anything.

I only came for new glasses. I needed out of the ordinary lenses. I called everyone in town and no one had a clue what I was talking about, until DAWN. Not only that but I just told her my issue and she is the one that actually suggested what I had been looking for. Dawn has a vast knowledge of lenses and frames. Instead of just saying "we can't do that" and ending the conversation, Dawn offered or suggested alternate options. Dawn was absolutely fantastic. Nowadays most opticians only know the bare minimum and only do the bare minimum. Dawn has a wealth of knowledge and really seemed to care that we got it right. I am so glad I found her.

The left bow fell off my glasses, so I came in to see Dawn. Basically they couldn't be repaired, but she took the extra time to fix them enough so I could still wear them. She is magic when it comes to problem with fit and repair of glasses!!
